Intermittent Fasting (IF),is method of eating, that involves consuming your meals within certain windows of time. There are MANY different ways to engage in IF, ranging from consuming foods with a defined time period within a day, to abstaining from food for several days. The outline provided here is what I have found to be most effective, and most easily followed by my patients. It involves mixing multiple forms of fasting (3, to be exact), and allows you to determine what works best for you and what feels better for your body.
